AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate Exam Scheduling and Score Results

How to schedule the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate exam:

 

  1. Go to https://www.aws.training/certification?src=sysops-assoc to create an AWS Certification Account. 
  2. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
  3. Click on Sign In next to Sign-in with an existing Amazon account or create a new Amazon account
    • If you already have an Amazon account with your student email address, sign in using it.
    • If you do not have an Amazon account with your student email address, use your WGU e-mail to create a new account.
    • Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your exam registration to be passed from AWS to PSI. When this is done, you will be able to schedule your exam
  4. Go to https://www.certmetrics.com/amazon/
  5. You may see a notice at the top saying "Your demographics information is incomplete and must be filled out before continuing to use this site." If necessary, complete your demographics before proceeding.
  6. Click on Schedule New Exam. You will be redirected to the PSI site
  7. Find the correct certification (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate) and click Schedule Exam.
  8. Confirm exam and click Continue.
  9. Select Exam Language – English
  10. Enter the Country, Timezone, Postal Code, and Preferred month you would like to take the exam
  11. Click Search Exam Center
  12. Scroll down to select a testing center. Use the ∨ next to your chosen testing center to select a date and time
  13. Click Continue.
  14. Confirm the schedule details. Scroll down and click Continue.
  15. Ensure you are registering for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate. Click Continue.
  16. After confirmation, you will be directed to the payment screen
  17. In the "Voucher/Discount Coupon" field, enter voucher number you received and click Apply.
  18. The balance should change to USD 0.00
  19. Agree to terms and conditions at bottom of the page, then click Pay Now.

How to provide your AWS Amazon Web Services score to WGU:

 

Upon 72 hours of completing your AWS Amazon Web Services exam, your AWS Certification Account will have a transcript of your exam results under the 'Achieved Certifications' link. 
Note: Initial email from AWS is considered a preliminary score report. In order to obtain official score report, transcript must be sent to WGU.

You can send a transcript via email or social media outlets through the 'Share my Transcript' option in your AWS Certification Account. Click 'Create new transcript' and select the certification exam information you wish to share. Once this information is saved, you will see sharing options.

 

To ensure only the information you wish to share is in your transcript, we recommend you view the transcript before sharing. After you share your transcript, candidates can click on the provided link to view your exam information.
