The evaluation department is dedicated to providing students with a seamless and intuitive experience surrounding objective and performance assessment requirements. Our goal is to ensure all students are very satisfied through their achievements in completing their required assessments and maintaining and meeting on-time progress (OTP) goals, with an end result of graduation.
The assessment and evaluation support teams (Assessment Services and E-Care) in the evaluation department are available to support and assist students through the WGU assessment environment. Our liaisons specialize in supporting students in the following areas:
The assessment and evaluation support teams (Assessment Services and E-Care) will help resolve any issue that impacts a student's experience during OLP exam sessions, the submissions and review process for performance assessments, and anything else assessment related that a student may need assistance with.

Assessment Services is available to assist you in your evaluation needs 7 days a week:
Monday through Friday 6 am - 10 pm MT
Saturday 7 am - 7 pm MT
Sunday 10 am - 7 pm MT via chat and email*
*NOTE: Phone support will be available on the last Sunday of each month to accommodate students who are finishing their term.
