How to provide your ISC2 score to WGU

Upon completion of your ISC2 exam, you will need to send official results to the Scores Department at WGU.

Official Results by Certificate Number or ID/Examination Number:

If you provide your Certificate Number or ID/Examination Number, we will verify your certification via the ISC(2) Certification and Designation Verification Tool.

Official Results by Candidate Number:

If you provide your Candidate Number, we will verify your certification through the AXELOS Successful Candidates Register. Please note that students must "opt-in" for their results to be published on Axelos. Please contact Axelos for any questions regarding the "opt-in" process.

Options if you are unable to obtain your Certificate Number, ID/Examination Number, or Candidate Number:

  1. Please contact ISC2 by email at membersupport@isc2.org, or by phone at +1-866-331-ISC2(4722) or +1-727-785-0189.
    • Request your Certificate Number, ID/Examination Number, or Candidate Number.
    • Send this information to the Scores Department.
    • WGU will attempt to validate your score results using the information you provide.
  2. For failed exams only - WGU can accept a copy of the score results letter which lists your name, the exam date, the exam name, and the score. WGU will NOT accept the score results letter alone for passing results.

NOTE: ISC2 conducts a thorough statistical and psychometric analysis of the score data to establish the pass/fail score before releasing scores. They require a minimum number of test takers before this analysis can be completed. Depending on the volume of test takers for a given test, there may be times when scores are delayed for approximately six to eight weeks to complete this critical process.
