What do I need to do after the exam? How should I submit my scores?

Download the pdf file and email a copy to scores@wgu.edu and mentor (put your name and student ID in the subject line). Open this link and use this cover sheet to send with all score reports: http://web3.wgu.edu/wgu/student/assessment_score_cover_sheet.doc

I need to reschedule or cancel my exam:

Note: You will need to log into your ETS account directly to cancel or reschedule. You must make changes at least three full days before your test date, not including the day of your test. ETS charges a fee for rescheduling that is not covered by WGU.

I don’t see my exam code listed on the Praxis website:

If you don’t see your exam code listed on the Praxis website, click “EPP Test Requirement” and search for your exam there.

What is the fee for 3rd or subsequent attempts?

WGU provides two vouchers, included with tuition. Third and subsequent attempts are $120.00.

What is the attending institution code for WGU?

The code for WGU is 4944.

Will WGU cover the cost of my licensure exams?

See Scheduling WGU Required Praxis Exams for more information

When are scores available?

Official scores are available online 10–16 business days after your test date.
