Transcripts may be ordered in the following ways:
1. Online: Students can access the link to the Parchment WGU storefront by going to their WGU portal and clicking on the “Request a Transcript” link which will direct them to the Parchment WGU Storefront. If you do not have access to your WGU student portal, visit the WGU Parchment storefront by clicking the following link: https://exchange.parchment.com/send/adds/index.php?main_page=login&s_id=9R2qC0WNAVT4naAE.
Online delivery options range from electronic transcript fulfillment, same day express service, or mail within five business days.
2. By Mail: By sending a handwritten or typed request to the Student Records Office (see Transcript Request Form link provided below). Allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of mailed requests.

If you are a student receiving Military Tuition Assistance or Veteran Assistance Voc-Rehab benefits, please request a transcript using the Western Governors University official transcript request form. Please indicate in the payment information section that you are receiving these benefits.
