In Arizona, completion of this program leads to a Mild to Moderate Disabilities, K-12 Certificate.
 

1) Content Exam for Arizona Certification: NES Special Education (NT601)
 If passed prior to 3/1/2013, the AEPA Special Education: Cross-Category 22.

 You must pass this exam to graduate from your program and be recommended for certification.

 

2) WGU Program Requirement: Praxis 5543, Special Education: Core Knowledge and Mild to Moderate Applications. 

You must pass this exam to graduate from your program and be recommended for certification.

  
3) Pedagogy Exam for Arizona Certification: NES Assessment of Professional Knowledge: Elementary.

You must pass this exam to be recommended for certification.
