In Delaware, this program leads to a certification in Early Childhood, Birth-grade 2.
1) Content Exam: Praxis 5024, Education of Young Children
Or, if passed prior to September 1, 2014, Praxis 5021, Education of Young Children)
You must pass this exam to graduate from this program and be recommended for certification.
2) WGU Program Required Exam: If you matriculated on or after March 1, 2012, you must pass one of these exams to graduate from this program and be recommended for certification.
a) Praxis 5018, Elementary Education: Content Knowledge OR
b) Praxis 5001, Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects, OR
c) Praxis 5014 Elementary Education: Content Knowledge OR
d) Praxis 5031 Elementary Education: Multiple Subjects
If you matriculated on or after March 1, 2012, you must pass one of these exams to graduate from this program and be recommended for certification.
