1) Content Exam for Initial Utah Certification: Praxis 5169 Middle School: Mathematics or, if passed prior to 9/1/2013, Praxis 0069/5069 Middle School Mathematics.
You must pass this exam to graduate from this program and be recommended for certification in Utah.
You must pass this exam, or a WGU Program Requirement exam previously accepted for the Middle Grades Mathematics program, in order to graduate from this program and be recommended for certification.
