North Dakota Master of Arts in Mathematics Education (MAME) Certification and Exam Requirements

In North Dakota, WGU's Master of Arts in Mathematics Education (Secondary) program leads to a license in Secondary Mathematics Grades 5-12

Students at WGU should not enroll in programs designed to lead towards Middle Grades licensure in North Dakota.  ND requires 10 credits of middle school pedagogy courses that WGU does not offer.  For more information, see Section 67.1-02-03-04 Middle School Pedagogical Endorsement for Grades Five Through Eight.

See the  article in this handbook for specific requirements to add an endorsement in North Dakota.
