You must pass this exam, or a WGU Program Requirement exam previously accepted for the English as a Second Language Endorsement program, in order to graduate from this program and be recommended for your endorsement.
Practicum: All WGU students in an ELL program must complete a 30 hour practicum. If you wish to receive a K-12 endorsement, you need to do your practicum at the K-12 level.
Foreign Language Requirement: Applicants for the ESOL endorsement must complete at least two semesters in a foreign language. These courses are not available through WGU. For more information on ESOL requirements, see the requirements listed in Ed 507.17: ESOL Teacher.
