Step 1: Request official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions where you completed coursework that was accepted as transfer credit when you applied for admission to the Master of Arts, Science Education program.
Once your graduation application has been processed, you will receive a notification from WGU on how to order your two complimentary copies of your official WGU transcripts. Transcripts will be ordered from the National Student Clearinghouse where you will have the option of electronic or mail delivery. Order one of the two complimentary transcripts as an electronic transcript to be sent directly from the National Student Clearinghouse to the Utah State Board of Education at the following email address: email@example.com
Step 2: If your Praxis scores have not yet been sent to the Utah State Board Education you must submit them by ordering score reports following the instructions on the Sending Your Praxis Scores website. You can verify whether your scores have been posted by the USBE on the Tests tab of your CACTUS homepage. The Utah State Board of Education's score recipient code is 8375.
Step 3: After graduating from your program, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a WGU Certification Officer to complete the Utah endorsement application that corresponds to the Master of Arts, Science Education program you completed. The Certification Officer will complete your application and attach it to a reply to your email with submission instructions.
Please follow the emailed submission instructions closely, as not all graduates should submit their applications according to the instructions printed on the Utah endorsement application.
Step 4: Print the completed endorsement application and submit it to the address indicated in the email you recieved from the WGU Certification Officer.
